Restraint and Seclusion Prevention System (RSP System) is a continuing education web-based program that trains behavioral health care professionals in least-restrictive interventions for aggressive patients - the goal of the system is to reduce the use of physical restraint and seclusion and to help facilities comply with federal standards.
