The Cervical Cancer Screening Videos includes 4 culturally appropriate videos to inform women patients about the pap test. The Colorectal Cancer Screening Videos includes 8 culturally appropriate videos to inform patients about the stool blood test. Both programs are being used by selected Houston and Harris County hospitals and clinics.

The Office of Outreach and Health Disparities at Baylor College of Medicine developed these programs as part of the CPRIT Funded Prevention Project Community Collaboration to Empower the Medically Underserved for Cancer Prevention. Smilex was responsible for programming the video portal software.
